I am a Nutritional Therapist, tissue salt practitioner, and women’s health specialist. I qualified at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and I'm registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists. I have co-authored two books and advocate top-to-bottom health profiling.
I love to get to the gut of any digestive issue and to the heart of your hormone imbalance.
When I'm not at AEGA HEALTH you can find me researching longevity and medicinal mushrooms! Hiking in nature and travelling the world.
