My career in healthcare began in 2012, leading me to my current role as a Paramedic Practitioner. In the GP surgeries where I work, I apply a respectful and empathic approach to patient care, often finding myself digging deep to try and find the root cause of their illness .

My philosophy on health and well-being is rooted in balance and a holistic approach, encompassing not only physical activity but also working with the natural environment.

When not at work you’ll find me having family time (my sanctuary). Sports are a huge passion for me. I most enjoy American football, motor racing and hiking.
