I am a certified Naturopath and Herbalist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London (CNM), registered with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and The General Naturopathic Council (GNC). Alongside herbal medicine, my specialism, I use healing modalities including Flower remedies, Tissue salts and Homeobotanicals. 

I was lucky to be brought up on a remote farm in Latvia, where herb gathering and tea making were taught to every child, hydrotherapy - including sauna, hot and cold exposure - were weekly rituals and eating locally and seasonally was the way of life. 

At CNM, I learned that herbal medicine and naturopathy are more than just the lifestyle choice of some people; every year there is more and more science that backs up what herb-wise people have known for centuries and how it can make a profound difference in many lives. 

Most of my clients are women with health concerns like fibroids, premenstrual syndrome, perimenopause, urinary tract infections and gut issues, which all respond beneficially to herbal medicine. However, many other specific health concerns and overall well-being are improved with naturopathic and holistic approaches. 

Beyond client consultations, I continue to educate myself and gain a depth of knowledge about herbs and health conditions they can help with. I enjoy formulating and developing herbal preparations. I am researching how natural light, sun exposure and grounding can influence our well-being and I mentor herbal medicine students.
