I am a Consultant Psychiatrist with extensive NHS experience across adult mental health services, including specialist Adult ADHD assessment and treatment.

Over the years, I have worked in both senior clinical and medical leadership roles within Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, alongside supporting patients through complex mental health presentations with a compassionate and personalised approach.

At Aega Health, I provide comprehensive ADHD assessments for adults, including medication initiation and ongoing treatment planning where clinically appropriate. My aim is to help patients gain a clearer understanding of how ADHD may be affecting different areas of their life, while creating practical and supportive treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong interest in teaching, research, and supporting the development of junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams.

When I am not at work, I enjoy reading, travelling, mentoring, and spending quality time with family and friends.
