AEGA HEALTH was created out of my passion to provide a solution-focused approach to healthcare. An approach that combines natural healing modalities, that stand the test of time, with researched and proven functional medicine practices.

As a medical doctor, I have been entrusted with the health of children and adults for almost 20 years. It is a great privilege to transform the lives of so many. 

I draw upon my expertise as a specialist GP with certifications in both dermatology and naturopathy, my ongoing herbal medicine training and my intuitive nature. 

Being perpetually inquisitive, I founded the not-for-profit research advocacy platform, Medical Research Now. The aim of the platform was to shed light on solutions to boost our immunity during the COVID pandemic. 

I am a stakeholder of the National Institute of Health & Care Excellence (NICE) who call upon my counsel. I am a representative member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. I also regularly guest lecture at GP training events, sharing my expertise on dermatology and vitamin D. 

I harness the best of functional medicine and naturopathy when interpreting BIA tests and provide the tools to help better your health.

When not at work, you can find me outdoors, hiking with my children and husband, painting, growing vegetables or making herbal medicines.
