As a nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how our current healthcare system often focuses on fixing symptoms rather than addressing the root causes of illness. This experience has fuelled my passion to help people take control of their own health by embracing the power of lifestyle changes. 

I believe that true health is more than just treating physical symptoms—it’s about nurturing the whole person. My approach is holistic, focusing on all aspects of wellbeing, from nutrition and movement to sleep, stress management, self-care, living a non-toxic life and living more aligned with nature. 

At the heart of my coaching, I empower you to take health into your own hands. I’m here to guide and support you as you make transformative lifestyle changes that not only improve your health but enhance your overall quality of life. 

When not at work, you can find me reading, spending time with my daughter, spending time in nature or walking my dog, come rain or shine!
