I am a Reiki Practitioner. I was introduced to the loving energies of Reiki when I was looking for something to help soothe my terminally ill aunt before she passed away. I immediately fell in love with this wonderful modality, gentle and relaxing, yet powerful. I feel everyone should have some Reiki in their lives.
Beyond my business life, I love spending time outdoors, exploring the picturesque Lincolnshire countryside with my husband and son. A self-proclaimed bookworm, I’m often found engrossed in a captivating book and have a secret nerd side, with a penchant for tech and sci-fi.
Since 2020, I have been utilising my expertise and passion for helping others as a business coach. Through my coaching sessions, I have witnessed the transformative power of integrating EFT (Tapping) and have seen my clients achieve remarkable results.
