I’m an NMC registered Practice Nurse with over five years’ experience in primary care, specialising in respiratory health (asthma and COPD) and women’s health. At AEGA Health, I provide respiratory reviews, cervical screening, contraception advice, and general health support. In addition to this, I continually strive to advance and broaden my practice and knowledge to offer further support to the individuals that I see in practice, this is currently in the form of completing my non-medical prescribing qualification. 

I’m passionate about providing personalised, evidence-based care that supports people not just in managing their conditions, but in truly understanding their own health and empowering self-management. 

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my family, reading or training in pole fitness—I’m currently at level 6 and love the strength and focus it brings!
