I'm a Chartered Physiotherapist with a wealth of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, that is disorders affecting bones, joints and muscles. I've spent my career developing and refining my knowledge and skills and I'm passionate about movement as medicine. 

I leave no stone unturned and take a comprehensive approach to the management of musculoskeletal pain that addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction. My approach incorporates manual physiotherapy techniques, Acupuncture and cupping as well as innovative exercises to get you back to full health and fitness. 

I have an interest in women's health and am trained to teach Hypopressives; an exercise approach used to treat and prevent pelvic floor dysfunction including pelvic organ prolapse. 

When I'm not at work you'll find me walking and cycling outdoors and enjoying group classes at the gym. Weekends find me cooking from scratch for my family and friends and heading out in the evenings to listen to my son play drums with his band.
